Headquartered in St. Louis MO, Enterprise Rent-a-Car was founded by Jack Taylor in 1957 and has gone on to become a global household name for car rental and transportation services in more than 90 countries. Enterprise started as a family business and has remained that way since, with current CEO Chrissy Taylor as the third generation of the Taylor family to lead the company. This family-centred leadership has informed the founding values of the firm, creating a culture that embraces inclusion and diversity and is rooted in honesty, integrity, and a commitment to best-in-class customer service. Enterprise has won multiple employment awards, including being named Best Employer for Women and Best Employers by Forbes.
Our relationship with Enterprise Rent-a-Car started over a decade ago, where we helped to build out the IT team at the European HQ in Egham. Since then, we've gone on to place staff across multiple teams, brands, and countries in Enterprise Rent-a-Car, watching the firm expand and grow, move headquarters, and create new UK and European offices. Now, they employ over 2,000 IT professionals globally, all working to build and support tech solutions in-house to support this ever-growing firm. As part of journey, we have formed some of our most meaningful and cherished partnerships across all levels of the firm, from junior hires to leadership and beyond.
